Well OWVI became active as I thought per email but only hit .0003 that day and interest died off. From now on I'll be more mindful of the share structure before I alert things. It wasn't that bad, heck HDSI traded 500+million, this one just never got that momentum I guess.

At least my thoughts came to fruition tho. ...
