Email sent to Medify (I just had to):
As a long-time investor/shareholder of Medify, I'm continually disappointed by your company's inability to "keep your word".
A Quote from last September's Update:
"From now on they will be issued in line with the end of quarterly financial figures that the company has to release, in a combined update. The company is allowed up to 45 days from the end of a quarter to release the figures from that period."
And now, from message boards comes the following "response" (reportedly to be from Medify):
"Quarterly Investor update will be published soon, so all investors receive information at the same time rather than individually as people are asking for."
You're late, late, late!!
There's no getting over that and it's inexcusable to try and focus shareholder attention on this new "shell game" of dividing/separating/adding "companies" to provide shareholders with an extraordinary dividend. How can we believe in what you're doing if you can't meet simple deadlines?
If (in the future) you intend on maintaining and obtaining shareholder support and loyalty, please put your money where your mouth is, and above all, try and re-instate credibility by meeting deadlines and target dates that you publicly state you're supposed to meet.
