Does YA own intellicell. Good question. Maybe they would keep the rent terms the same for the good doc.
I'm sure YA would be a little hesitant to accept 40 plus billion in shares for the note. Could take a looooong time to convert.
The "board" rewarded the CEO with a few hundred million shares to save the company from IR. He could bank about 30 grand if he could find buyers. Or maybe he did recently considering those strange blocks every other week.
How will the "board" reward him for figuring out how to deal with one or more maturing notes.
Oddly enough, maybe he has more barging power since the pens, pencils and plants have little value.
Oh the excitement. Things should get very interesting at some point around here. Good or bad.
