That is another issue that needs addressing. I believe Chrome is delinquent in filing their Form 4 for the debenture they bought several weeks ago. Ntephe and Sylvan were also late in reporting on some of their purchases. If you are really trying to help the share price by buying why in the world would you be late in filing your Form 4. No excuse for this at all. NONE. And by the way, the company usually files these on behalf of their officers and directors but Chrome may be responsible for filing their own which they have not done. Just another slip up or was it intentional. I guess we will never know.
