Thanks WardoffMonkey, that was exactly the type of info I was looking for to allay concerns. Was kind of taken aback by some responses...guess I didn't know exactly what I was getting into, but the rough and tumble nature of the board certainly gets to the point quickly, which can only be a boon. Figured out some abbreviations but will someone please tell me what EOM means?
