What? the.Form 10 was.NEVER.supposed.to.be.filed???? Who.said.that? WELL, THAT WAS OBVIOUSLY A BLATANT LIE...

All of the efforts/attempts towards filing the F10 have been DOCUMENTED in the blogs and it's progress has been detailed (in an incredibly transparent manner) more than ANY COMPANY would...with a modicum of DD, it was transparent that the INTENT OF FILING THE FORM 10 WAS ALWAYS THERE...despite the obstacles....

it's NEVER "pretty" to watch the sausage (metaphor for the Form 10) being made, but once it's on the shelf (metaphor for Edgar), IT'S DELICIOUS...
