Got some news for All! Spoke to Norman George (CEO) yesterdayago and everything that he has told me over the past months about his attorney and dealings with the SEC is TRUE!!! See SEC link below.....Original Filing Date and Filing Number of 10/02/2014 and 5 subsequent amended filings. If you remember, December/January was his original estimate of the PR's which coincides with 10/02/2014 as a start date. This didn't happen because of the amended filings to complete SEC & company questions. There are now a total of 5 and per Norman only 1 question remains and it was just filed by his attorney, which he said would take 4-5 days, and then a date and time will be established for final completion. After this date, he will update the public/shareholders on company direction and other pertinent information....right now he is gagged on what he can say.

Also remember:

NO dilution, and this thing is at rock bottom prices (picked up more today).

PR or PR's will be out no later than this month per Norman

Not sure what will be PR'd but it is coming and fairly soon here.....I just like that he was honest throughout all the calls I had with him and those amended dates for the filing line up exactly...
