Well it's all a matter of principle, If your failing because you sincerely put effort into running and making a business successful that's one thing. If you're intentionally misleading investors with "letters of intent" so that your family and friends can sell their cheap shares every time you trot out your little pr blurb, well then that is another story now isn't it ? In addition to fraud, a lot of other 'f' words come to mind.
