I bleeve it is obvious Whom is the FINDER of the good company MD.

JB, amongst other things, won his spurs and his way into the SPAMMY hearts of the PEMCO/OIL PATCH bunch by his LOAN SHARKY loan to GRIFFITH and MP way back there. And his other actions as described by CISCO even further back.

Taking CDEX private would certainly be a possibility and one that would be of no consequence to any share holder outside of the tight bunch of the OIL patch. Those long time shareholders have most likely already seen the light and moved on.

There are no fortunes to be made offa CDEX "products". Even if the GEEs Dash whatevers are finally "perfected" there is not a large market for them. A niche market and a small one at that.
