I knew that it would be something like this..The chances of Falk and Putnam giving away the store are very good. When they signed the contract with Boyer, they were so hard up to close the deal that the contract probably was unprotective of shareholders. I hate Falk and Putnam with a passion...BUT I also think Brent Wood is a businessman without ethics. In my communications with him, his spelling and grammar was that of a child in grade school.He probably got to where he is today by burying his competetion. He has the money and assets to bury edig in litigation until they go BK. Come on Daboss...put a spin on this one
