got to be lots of rumors flying around the auditors/PR and other companies involved in publishing annual reports IMHO.

This one is going to be so confusing due to changes put in place by the new CFO.

Focus has to be on orders placed, especially if they are increasing Q on Q, repeat order customers (when will ACE commit to roll out after doing cost benefit analysis? sounds like Kroger, P&G and others already are adding more installs each quarter)

I expect margins and loss to be "misses" due to one time accounting issues.

Some large holders may not be so well briefed and be dumping ahead based on rumored misses which are actually good news

Did he really say Sunday night for the 10K? I guess that's to hit the 15 day extension dead-on.
