It is possible that I may be mistaken(becuase they are converatble notes) but I am going by what I read. For example


"Outstanding Shares – Outstanding shares includes all the shares issued by the company, which would be the RESTRICTED shares plus the float. "

Also in the Mar 31, 2006 report

it says

"A portion of the convertible debenture was converted during the year resulting in 8,277,480,606 shares being issued."

BTW-Don't take anything I write the wrong way. I am a long shareholder. I apologise if I came across as a basher
