So as has been asked but unanswered over the last bit, why?

Based on what the company said when there is factual proof they've flat out done the exact opposite of their PRs about a share buyback?

Is it based on what the company said they are bringing to market repeatedly but hasn't followed through with the last 8 claims?

Is it based on the basically nonexistant revenue and their Q4 numbers are overdue?

What exactly should future share holders know about this stock (that is factual/credible)? The floor is open, lets here it.
