A chuckle is right.

At $0.03 per share with 300,000,000 A/S it already has a market cap of $9M. Way over-priced.

Take the company private is worthy of a chuckle. Remember the old rumor about MP calculating on the back of a napkin and the ensuing story about taking the company private? It was just a share selling ploy.

There's not enough investor interest anymore to make that gambit work.

Yes, worthy of a laugh.
