No... Treaty Energy needs to restate filings going back many years as they are full if lies and omissions... You can't file truthful and complete delinquent and current filings based on those. So that being the case and knowing there was rampant fraud committed by Treaty Energy and the gang of cons any restatements and filings would incriminate them all...
