The problem here is that this not a legit Co. You need a facility to manufacture the product, employees, contracts, and revenues etc. This is nothing more than a pipe dream. I lived close to a coal power plant, ships the size of aircraft carriers were filled with coal to supply the plant. This Co. could not come close to supplying enough product to be profitable and the PPS reflects it.
