They have 90 days after the fiscal year ends to upload their annual report. So, they have about 3 weeks from now.

Here is from OTC website:

Fiscal Period End Date: 12/31/2014

Report Type - Due Date
Annual Report - 3/31/2015
Attorney Letter - 5/1/2015
