Is this a real Co. or is it an elaborate hoax and always has been and will never amount to anything. I could be wrong, but it seems to me that this is a lot of work and regulatory risk in order to scrape a few hundred thousand out of every year. Getting a person at a Chinese firm to write a letter of intent is probably pretty easy to do, just pay off someone here and there. Hey Arnie, if you are just a shill after all, why don't you close down shop and get a regular job and stop embarrassing your family name with this ripoff company.
On a similar note , Scuderi Engine is a company close to my home that is exactly what spec and others have described BFRE to be, they collect money for an old technology who's time has passed and have never mass produced a single engine/product. They release certain intent letters from Auto Manufacturers once a year. They collect money from investors and give it away to their family members. This is money no doubt that was intended to send their kids to college. They were caught for the first time last year by the SEC and only received a fine but continue to find new suckers every day to invest in their hoax. I was offered a chance to invest by the owner of a an Italian Deli. Sandwiches and Stocks, now that was a funny conversation.
