It's true... Assets value is way much higher than debt... looks fishy why they could not file for Chapter 7 and certainly allow shareholders to scoup some money...

With reorganization, there will be reogarnization charges and as expenses pile up, shareholders will lose every bit of their cash.... it's all what management enjoys in Chapter 11...

Anyway, I am new-comer... i normally wait for such cases down here to squeeze soemthing out of them... I am a trader of BKs and one in the name of AAMRQ made me rich, followed OSGIQ et al...

So I am here to see bottom...
