The guys who purchased this "shell" have put close to $2,500,000 into it.
So far all they have gotten out of it is a "shell" with up to date audited financials.
Apparently when they bought the shell they didn't fully appreciate the capital structure and had a problem with their stock. Thus the need for 3 reverse splits.
Hopefully THEY have a plan to get the stock moving, if not figure $2,500,000 down the drown.
That's the only reason I am sticking around here.
