Yes, however any Series D shares converted were already figured into the I&O and as of Nov 19, 2014, there were only 421m shares outstanding. So how did PXYN come up with 500m votes?

Other than the Series D preferred being transferred to a qualified "subsequent holder" they carry no voting rights at shareholder meetings other than for issues related only to the Series D pref

a) No Original Holder shall be entitled to any vote at any Shareholder Meeting other than issues related solely to the Series D pref


(b) Each Subsequent Holder shall be entitled to vote at any Shareholder Meeting and each such Subsequent Holder shall have one thousand (1,000) votes for each Series D share outstanding in their name on the books of the Corporation.
