I hear people saying that it was Parkin's decision to turn down the buyout, I hear people worrying about restricted stock from NWOG, and other people saying that it should be worth $30 pps.
Parkin was not the one to turn down the offer and NWOG is owned now by very few people relatively speaking (it's kind of a family company) who have no incentive to sell their restricted shares, and although this may be worth $2+, it sure as hell isn't worth $30.
I rode this thing from $0.137 to $1.23, but got out because I realized that there were a lot of underinformed "investors" here banking on a buyout.
I bought back yesterday because it seems to me this has settled where it should settle until more news comes.
