I don't think people realizes that once the R/S goes into effect they will start dumping new shares essentially bring this from let's say $2.40 after R/S back to .05 again. 100k shares pre r/s is worh 12 k right now. That 100k shares will be 5k shares after r/s with $2.40 and still 12k value at current prices. 15million o/s with 300 million a/s. Dump occurs and o/s back to 300 million and .05 share price essentially turning that 12 k into $250
