Thank you again for your interest. At this time I am unable to confirm any plans to effect a reverse split. The company does desire to be listed on a National exchange and would need to meet certain share price requirements within the quantitative listing standards to do so however, timing and process may provide many options and I unable to state that a reverse split will be necessary. That said, management will consider all options to accomplish their goals and I will be certain to advise you once those decisions are discussed publicly.
