Most common here hold Street Shares. If you hold street shares through tdameritrade, etrade or another broker, then your broker/nominee serves as proxy, and you should request proxy materials from them. It's not technically your name on those shares, it's your brokers, and they hold those shares on your behalf.

It sounds as if PXYN is sending voting material directly to registered shareholders. I would guess the rest are sent to proxys and the proxys are sitting on them.
