And it is my understanding the stock was trading in dollars when the OS was around 80 million so even with the minimum R/S with new management this company will have no problem trading in dollars and staying above the NASDAQ requirement.......

Soon there will be no reason to argue this.....You can't try to make people feel bad about a split they not only knew was coming but was counting on ...
