of 80M shares traded today 31M were short sales....this is now the reason why the stock can't run until it breaks 0.0011...however, I we get past that price a short squeeze will occur at some point. Since apparently there are no sellers at 0.008 (or lower), other than the management massively diluting (which explains the volume today and on e.g. wednesday Feb 25th) it seems safe to recommend buy in this current range and hold for the next wave (and nice gains).
