$10k worth of drilling can be done with $10k. Similarly $20k worth of drilling can be done with $20k and $30k worth of drilling can be done with $30k. On a similar vein, if you have $40k you can do $40k worth of drilling and if you have $50k you can get $50k worth of drilling done for that amount of money. Hope that helps. Know it's quite complicated.
