R/S itself will be bad

Assuming 1/10 ratio

After R/S the outstanding shares in the current 300 mn shares will reduce to 30 mn . but the A/s still allows management 300 million shares. So as a result company got additional 270 mn shares to issue.

as and when the convertibles will mature .. management will issue from this 270 mn lot.
so more convertible notes will now result into shorting and reduction of the price.
