A Marina project, although a good business is not an easy project...you have to deal with the environment, in this case submerged land. You also have to deal with top of the line materials, because water is just a beast, not only in its power with rising tide but also with its corrosive power(a wide range of materials can be used from Wood to aluminum to concrete or a combination of )..in our case Wayne (Mr president) is talking about 75 to 100 boat slips I think from 40 to 100' long...it is not a small project and I am sure that it will be built over time as they start selling them and building more...thank god the market is hot in that area of the project. So the engineering part will take a while after permits are issued and since there are marinas built in the area and all over Florida, there is plenty of expertise..i asked a friend in that kind of construction and i read about it to educate myself..
