My specialization is microcaps (usually from a LT fundamental perspective and occasionally from a ST technical perspective).

I have 20 years experience in credit analysis, trading and portfolio management.

MY INTEREST HERE IS THAT I ENJOY FOLLOWING AND SOMETIMES PLAYING IN SPINOFFS. I try to find risk arbitrage opportunities. Play the game while mitigating any downside.
