No, not necessarily. Even if the SEC has decided, or will ultimately decide not to actively pursue KMAG any more, that doesn't mean they're interested in seeing it trade "normally" again.

Reid has said FINRA denied the company approval of its Form 211. That was obviously not a good sign. It would be nice if he'd explain the reasons for it, but I don't think he will. He doesn't seem to be big on explanations.
