I was trying to find the principles of JNSH and this was the only thing I could find.

It says the the current outstanding is 108 mil so that means it is old. But it does mention Jean as a director, aswell Sheryl Sittig and Michelle Bethiaume. Are these the current principles? I don't know. More importantly why aren't these people listed. It seems like they are going out of their way to not make this information public. If they are on payroll shareholders should be aware of. Because what we figured out so far is there doesn't seem to be any big score from the lawsuit, EV sales in chicago are non-existent and public chargers are rarely used. So that leaves us with the electrical contracting business with…….how many mouths to feed…..????
