perhaps read the MYNG PR from this morning ( they have gold and copper mining in Bolivia ) .

The PR states that Bolivia is forming a National Plan of Development for all the mining, and, that it will take a couple of weeks to complete.

The PR states that Bolivia will not "nationalize" or "expropriate" any private mining properties or assets. Instead they are discussing all plans with mining companies and taking advise on operations.

Bolivia will strengthen the power of the COMIBOL and plans to increase the taxes on the mineral sales.

MYNG expressed satisfaction from their dealings with the Bolivian goverment, and, are moving ahead as quickly as possible their plans for the "pilot" production of their gold mines.

I expect that FMNJ will be or are doing the exact same thing.

As I stated in post #5214, we are only at Stage #1 of a 4 stage precedure.

Most of you guys and the clear majority of all the 5000 share, 10000 share and 20000 share sellers today expected the PR to give out all the hard fact& figuers of their operations, even thought the agreements have just been signed 2 weeks ago.

It just doesn't happen that fast in the mining industry.

I can just imagine some of the dumpers on this board selling their 5000 shares ( $200 MAJOR investment ) and being all pist off about the PR release.

The PR release was fine, and, although everyone would have liked to have a little more details, I believe it will come in the near future.

To speculate......as we all are (thats what brought us to FMNJ in the first place ).....

the FMNJ silver play offers potential of 2 Billion ounces of silver @ around $14/oz, and growing.

the FMNJ oil & gas play offers potential of refining, domestic and export sales of 10,000+ barrels per day @ $70/barrel and growing .

If you have a 1st grade education, do the math of each and that is the speculative potential of FMNJ.

The PR's to date clearly state that FMNJ and COMIBOL will be partners and the mining is a joint venture. For the Oil and Gas, FMNJ will operate the refinery and control the domestic and export distribution of the liqued refined gas.

This all takes time, but, IMO the potential for FMNJ is tremendous.

But if the majority of you guys need to take your $200 bucks and run, then I think it is better for this board.

Todays sales are mostly the 5000-20000 shareholders ($200-$800) investment, and, are probably daytraders or momentum players looking for a quick "pop".

I am still high on FMNJ, and the only reason FMNJ is not at .15/share, is because of what President Morales said....not because of what FMNJ did or didn't do.

IN my opinion, the next week to 6 weeks will be loaded with positive PRs, and drive the PPS beyond the recent highs.

Can you wait that long to double, triple or quadruple ( or more ) your current investment ?????

Or wait a year or so to see .04 go beyond $1 ?? With the current state of gold and silver, plus oil and gas, FMNJ is a double whammy, and, these commody prices will be going up, not down over the next couple of years.

Also, not to mention that FMNJ was over $20/share some years ago....this isn't some newbie company that is just learning how to mine it's first program. They were there once, they can go that high again......IMO.
