Elmer Phud- Too big a task for me Mr. Phud.Can't tell what px they paid. In fact it's impossible as only GE knows when they went into the market, the px at that time, and executed the purchase program. If you like, you should go back and look at the approx avg px during the year and use that.

More importantly to me is that they DID reduce the share count and continue to do so. So, if you doubt that fact and the evidence I put forth,along with the news articles, then show me your facts to the contrary as I too don't accept implications that it didn't matter ......... on a word.

I trust you read the news article and Wall Street Journal article supporting my long time position that GE's Immhelt should go.
