According to Jake Counselbaums facebook account, he started working for Pepsi today. Below is when he started being a consultant for Minerco.
Terms of the Agreement. The term (the "Term") of this Agreement shall commence effective as of July 8, 2014 (the “Effective Date”) and shall continue for a period of three (3) months or until terminated by the Company in its sole discretion.

Guess the consulting for minerco is over.
