Lol $1.00? Never happened ever and never will unless they do an RS for 1:10,000 which would pretty much wipe out all the shareholders.

The most likely scenario will be BK and all the debtors would be paid leaving shareholders with nothing.

The end result no matter what is shareholders are left with nothing.
