You obviously don't know much about penny stocks and toxic financing. I have seen several companies whose only way of getting money was through toxic financing (Asher etc) and yet once was all said and done and they did a reverse split (because they had to) shot up 300-1000%. This is a real company with a real product which i have seen and bought here in Houston, and still see at a few gas stations.

I am not usually a big penny stock investor, but i am telling you this company here is going to shock a few folks here in the next year or two.

Yes toxic financing sucks, but for some companies there is no other way. You know how you hear about those stocks who people got rich off of, the stocks that noone gave a chance.

Well this my friend will be one of them.
