Musclepharm is a mess...I have to admit that the company's management does little to attract new potential investors.

Why would any company make an announcement regarding a potential acquisition after having skipped the yearly shareholder letter and delayed the announcement of q4 results?

At the same time, Musclepharm fires the CFO hired last year, after another CFO served for short period of time....all while being investigated by the SEC?

Also, launching the product at Walmart and Sam's Club and then a few months later not appearing in the store any longer.

Furthermore, Musclepharm is buying back for more the Musclepharm Apparel rights it sold last year?????

Fck man, even smoking weed on a daily basis should not create that much chaos.
