I'm guessing after they finish the re branded app. Launch then RS or RS then Launch. This is when you know the pump will soon follow. There is no way they will keep it lower than 0.01 either because they want to stay on OTCQB while the pump runs before they dump it again back to the trips.

This is what I'm guessing is coming from what I've seen from these monsters since last September.
