if THEY WANT VOLume THEY GOTTA GET MORE SHARES AUTHORIZED. Then the flippers would have a chance to Bump up the SP by tOUTing.

Bump the SP way down to like .00001 per pop. Get like a hundred million shares on the outstanding and 75 million on the float.
