THe vote tally will not be released until after market at the earliest unless they halt the stock and I see no reason I can think of for them to do that.

The NR may also contain additional information as to future plans given the success of the RS vote and possibly (but not that likely) the ratio.

Since any communication restrictions that were/are in effect until after the vote closes we may see some more "market friendly" language in the NR. I don't expect the 10-k or anything of that magnitude but maybe some forward looking statements about the reorg sales trends and any deals that are on the table.
