Well, what about the secretive increase of the A/S in September? Or the most recent increase? Those type of events are considered material and supposed to have an 8K filed within a few business days---and he is still hiding (or at least attempting to) those kind of facts. The publix lies last summer (even using his daughter's picture a couple of times) and all of the other half-truths that he has tried to pass off as truth---the CEO has proven himself untrustworthy.

I'm still here only because I only have a small amount of money in it---and I can't break even right now so it's worth it just because of the chance Rico actually manages some success.
