If in the course of 1 year you haven't even signed an agreement with a partner or produced anything of substance at all you can't really claim to "be in the MJ industry". A qualified business person would have a deal DONE (if they really ever intended to do a deal).


They have an idea alone (one that isn't original) for which they have "intentions"(intentions real businesses have already successfully executed on). That doesn't make for a business in an industry. They haven't even protected the hype name of their intended product. After 1 year no one can seriously claim ANAS is IN the MJ market or 5HH being anything other than an idea on paper that has failed to materialize (if there were ever real intentions).


Find one shred of real proof other than the regurgitation of PRs with intentions dating back to March 2014 like you just linked.
