Does it really matter??? 0 communication is 0 communication with phantom IR...

The most interesting comment (if accurate) is Victor staying on as CEO..... This is telling!!!

He has no IND experience and nobody will find those or initiate INDs with him at the helm, nor initiate if patent is not secured. They need to split out ICBS with funding and leadership to initiate all INDs. SVFC shell can operate on proliferating patent globally while patent is secured via preferred shares ( crazy 250 bil AS)

Or either it doesn't work....

What series of 6 month actions fit those scenarios??
