The thing is that as I said once before, BKRT is only here (same reason why we have t-trades) because the company either dilutes right now, there are convertible note holders selling shares (if there are convertible notes in a company) or there is a package of shares waiting to get sold from any source out there. The good thing is that if the company is honest and not diluting it will have an end I guess. Question is how low do they have to go to sell in order to find enough buyers.
