I couldn't agree more. That line that he's not updating to protect us from sharks and shorts was the biggest load I've heard in Pennyland. The stock is already 8 ticks from zero. Where was his concern about the sharks and shorts when this fell from .25 to .0008?

The reality is that penny stocks are very difficult to short - unless you've got about $25,000 at Interactive Brokers. Most brokerages would never allow a short on this.
