just be super cautious here. it has been nothing but a snake pit. company has gone silent after a year of false press releases and false financials that were all restated (with zero consequences by the way). finra approved the RS after the false financials and false press.....apparently they had an "intern" do the approval.
company won't even enter a plea in the court cases against them in NY and Ohio. they just snuck out of town.

everything I say and have said is just my opinion
