The question of course begs to be asked as to why Ntephe was incapable for years of making some kind of deal on at least one of the EEZ blocks when the POO was in the $100 range ? Unrealistic greed ?
I've been saying for years that it would be preferable to give 80% of at least one of the blocks to some company in return for them doing exploration work. Much better than their somewhat recent, removed from reality, talk of spending $100 million on the EEZ !
