maybe. it seems someone has accumulated large chunks at a time, it's been certain market makers soaking in those large chunks, meticulously and almost 'planned'. that could mean someone knows something on the inside and this volume could be funding for things like filings, etc. to get the company updated. just a lotto, but could turn out nice IMO. glty
